Joshua McCann

Joshua McCann serves as Agile Legal’s Director of Service Delivery, where he ensures clients receive efficient, high-quality legal support through streamlined operations, proactive communication and innovative solutions. With nearly 20 years of experience in operations, client relations and service delivery—and more than a decade in leadership roles—he brings a proven track record of resolving operational bottlenecks, optimizing workflows and strengthening client relationships to exceed expectations.

Before joining Agile Legal in 2024, Joshua held senior leadership positions at BNY Mellon, where he specialized in investor servicing, trade order processing and process automation. His career also includes management roles in the banking and financial services sectors. Joshua holds an MBA in Finance and a master’s degree in Business Administration and Management from Goldey-Beacom College, as well as a B.S. in Finance from Wilmington University. He also maintains certifications in legal operations, decision-making strategies and operational excellence.

Based in Townsend, Delaware, Joshua enjoys life with his wife Jessica, their two children, Avery and Owen, and their Labrador, Layla. Off the clock, he can often be found playing goalie in ice hockey—a sport he picked up just two years ago—and cheering on the Colorado Avalanche.
